I was craving salsa this afternoon and I had plenty of tomatoes and hot peppers from my garden so I figured I would give it a try!
I used the large heirloom tomato, a cherry tomato and a Juliet tomato. Some very hot orange peppers. And finally half a red onion I had bought at the store a few days ago.
I cut up the tomatoes, peppers and onion. Then I drizzled some olive oil over it, with some salt, and the stirred it up.
The salsa looked beautiful but it sure did have a kick! My hot peppers are extremely hot!
